上上籤串燒店以日本屋台為設計概念，意在營造「讓顧客置身於隱秘洞穴裡」的悠閒居酒屋氛圍。整個空間的主色調以灰、白、啡為主，木質餐桌椅營造出溫暖氣氛，配以岩石牆板的特色牆面，賦予了空間一份獨特質感。吧枱設計彰顯了日本居酒屋文化的精髓，日式牆貼畫更為串燒店增添一抹雅致和風色彩，亦點亮了整體的寧靜舒適格調。

”Izakaya In a Secluded Cave”
Our design project for this Yakitori Restaurant takes inspiration from Japanese Yatai, aiming to create a serene Izakaya atmosphere where customers can feel as if they are “immersed in a secluded cave”. The overall color palette of the space revolves around shades of gray, white, and brown. The warm ambiance is enhanced by wooden tables and chairs, while the textured feature walls add a unique touch. The design of the bar counter embodies the essence of Japanese Izakaya culture, and the wall murals contribute an elegant and traditional Japanese touch, illuminating the overall tranquil and comfortable ambiance.
During the design process, Once Design studio carefully considers the restaurant’s theme and style, providing tailored interior design solutions. Designers take into account every detail, including lighting, colors, and furniture arrangement, to create a unique and comfortable dining environment.
Just like in the case of Yakitori Restaurant, our designer selected appropriate colors and materials based on the concept of Japanese street stalls, seamlessly integrating them into the overall design. The use of wooden tables and chairs brings a sense of nature and warmth, while the rock wall panels add texture and uniqueness. Additionally, the inclusion of Japanese wall paintings brings an atmosphere of elegance and uniqueness, allowing customers to experience a touch of Japanese beauty while dining.
