初次見面，戶主表示鍾情於北歐的簡約風格，但我們明白到簡約風格的真正意義並不是局限於淺色木材和白色的材料，細心研究戶主對簡約風格的概念後，他們希望可以做一個非常簡潔和空間感的居住空間，所以其實他們追求的是極簡主義的價值。
【極簡主義】(Minimalism)，一場設計的演繹方式是注重每件物件之間的功能性、比例、位置和線條，再利用光線和陰影，勾勒出物件之間的線條和輪廓，帶出極簡主義的價值和感覺。這個豪宅設計以黑色、白色和灰色為主要配色，在這個極簡的空間中，光影成為了重要的元素，展現出獨特的美感。
玄關是連接內外的重要區域，我們將原有狹小的玄關面積延伸到飯廳的位置，打造一個寬敞的玄關和換鞋區，同時提供充足的儲物空間，滿足戶主對於儲物需求的要求。
由玄關的半通透屏風連接到窗外翠綠的山景，便是一組簡潔的電視櫃組合，沒有多餘的紋理和素材，通過光影的變化營造出簡約而精緻的效果。電視牆頂部的燈槽呈現弧形的假天花造型，不僅能隱藏牆角的線條，還使整個電視牆更加簡潔和諧。
另外，飯廳旁的組合櫃也是設計的一大亮點。組合櫃的造型從飯廳延伸到走廊的位置，目的是為了增加飯廳的空間感，同時使窄長的走廊比例看起來更加協調。頂部和底部更採用滲光設計手法，使得大體積的組合櫃顯得更加輕盈。

The Dance Between Black, White, Grey, and Light
Upon our first meeting, the homeowner expressed a fondness for the simple and minimalistic style often associated with Nordic design. However, we understood that true minimalism is not limited to light wood and white materials. After carefully studying the homeowner’s concept of simplicity, we realized their aspiration was to create a clean and spacious living environment, embodying the values of minimalism.
Our design approach to Minimalism is to emphasize functionality, proportions, placement, and lines between each object. It utilizes light and shadows to delineate the lines and contours between objects, manifesting the values and ambiance of minimalism. This luxury home design predominantly features black, white, and grey as its color scheme, with light and shadow playing vital roles in showcasing its unique beauty.
The foyer serves as a crucial area connecting the interior and exterior spaces. We extended the original cramped foyer area into the dining room, creating a spacious entryway and shoe-changing zone while providing ample storage to meet the homeowner’s storage needs.
Behind the translucent screen in the foyer, one can enjoy the beautiful greenery of the mountains outside. In this area, we designed a sleek TV cabinet combination, devoid of unnecessary textures and materials, creating a minimalist and refined effect through variations in light and shadow. The curved false ceiling above the TV wall conceals the corner lines, adding to the overall clean and harmonious appearance.
Another highlight of the design is the combination cabinet adjacent to the dining room. The cabinet’s design extends from the dining room to the corridor, increasing the sense of space in the dining area and lending proportion and harmony to the narrow corridor. The top and bottom portions of the cabinet incorporate subtle lighting techniques, giving the large volume cabinet a more airy and ethereal feel.
