這個香港辦公室設計案例佔地6500平方呎，以年輕活力風格為裝修設計重心。ENW是一家傳統金融公司，企業希望將品牌年輕化，同時開拓年輕人的金融投資服務市場。在深入了解公司理念和長遠發展後，設計師決定以經典遊戲瑪利奧中摘金幣的設計概念來打造整個辦公室環境。
一場設計將這個經典遊戲的設計概念巧妙地融入了ENW的辦公室環境中，營造出年輕化印象和時尚感。當踏入辦公室大門，便會看到採用金幣設計的半開放式接待處。這個巧妙門面設計不僅能夠吸引目光，還能展示品牌的理念和價值。同時，設計師亦考慮到自然光線的重要性，半開放式設計的布局能將陽光帶進接待處，不僅讓整個空間更加明亮和舒適，也營造出開放輕盈的氛圍。
整體色彩搭配上以明亮的黃色作為主要色調，與灰黑色形成了鮮明對比，這種色彩方案賦予了空間無窮的活力和能量。設計師融入了幾何線條的元素，如圓形、斜線和直紋，為整個空間帶來了更多的豐富層次感，同時加入了像素化格紋細節，呼應整體的玩味遊戲風格。
為了促進團隊的合作和溝通，設計師加入了大量的共用工作空間。長桌、中島休憩區、長沙發配上咖啡桌，為員工打造了一個輕鬆而充滿活力的環境，鼓勵他們共同合作、進行會議和交流，激發出無盡的創意火花。
而會議室採用了透明玻璃設計，象徵著開放和鼓勵溝通的企業精神。這種非傳統的設計風格展現了公司的開放態度和創新思維，同時為會議室注入了一份輕盈的氛圍。
透過運用玻璃牆間隔和大面積玻璃窗，搭配淺色的天花板和地板，設計師增強了空間的明亮感和舒適度。充足的自然光線灑進室內，讓人倍感舒適和輕鬆。這種設計手法不僅提升了空間的視覺效果，還創造了一個宜人的工作環境，讓員工能夠更加專注和舒適地工作。

In this office interior design case study, Once Design Studio breathes new life into a traditional working environment, creating a vibrant and energetic workspace. Our design philosophy focuses on customer experience and brand values, showcasing the unique charm of the company’s brand through innovative design techniques.
This Hong Kong office design case covers an area of 6,500 square feet, with a focus on youthfulness and vitality. ENW is a traditional financial company that aims to rejuvenate its brand while tapping into the young market for financial investment services. After gaining in-depth understanding of the company’s philosophy and long-term development, our designer decided to incorporate the design concept of collecting gold coins from the classic game, Super Mario, to create the entire office environment.
The design cleverly integrates the design concept of this classic game into ENW’s office environment, creating a youthful impression and a sense of fashion. Upon entering the office door, one will see a semi-open reception area designed with gold coins. This design not only captures attention but also showcases the brand’s philosophy and values. At the same time, the importance of natural light was considered, and the layout of the semi-open design allows sunlight to enter the reception area, making the entire space brighter, more comfortable, and creating an open and airy atmosphere.
The overall color palette predominantly features bright yellow, contrasting with shades of gray and black, giving the space infinite vitality and energy. The designer incorporated geometric elements such as circles, diagonal lines, and straight patterns, adding more richness and layers to the entire space. Pixelated grid details were also added, echoing the playful game style as a whole.
To foster collaboration and communication within the team, the designer incorporated numerous shared workspaces. Long tables, a central island relaxation area, and a long sofa with coffee tables create a relaxed and dynamic environment for employees, encouraging them to collaborate, conduct meetings, and exchange ideas, sparking endless creativity.
The meeting rooms feature transparent glass designs, symbolizing an open and communication-friendly corporate spirit. This non-traditional design style showcases the company’s openness and innovative thinking while infusing the meeting rooms with a light and airy atmosphere.
By utilizing glass partitions and large windows, coupled with light-colored ceilings and floors, the designer enhances the brightness and comfort of the space. Abundant natural light permeates the interior, creating a pleasant and relaxed ambiance. This design technique not only enhances the visual appeal of the space but also creates a pleasant working environment where employees can focus and work comfortably.
