對於國際知名的嬰幼兒玩具品牌 WinFun 而言,展示廳(Showroom)不僅僅是擺放產品的倉庫,更是向全球買家與合作夥伴傳遞品牌價值的核心樞紐。本次專案我們打破了傳統展廳的刻板陳列,將 WinFun 獨有的「CPS 育兒系統(Cognitive, Physical, Social)」核心理念融入空間佈局,打造出一個兼具童趣活力與高度商業專業的現代化展示空間。

展廳陳列室設計:Winfun Showroom設計理念

走進 WinFun 展示廳,首先映入眼簾的是充滿活力的品牌色彩。我們以純淨的白色作為展櫃主調,讓色彩繽紛的玩具成為絕對的主角。同時,巧妙運用了桃紅、天藍、鮮綠等高飽和度色彩作為空間導航

設計團隊將空間按嬰幼兒的成長階段(Stage 1: 0m+ 至 Stage 4: 18m+)進行了明確的色彩分區,搭配頂部的鮮明燈箱與圖文並茂的解說面板。這不僅幫助參觀者(買家)一目了然地了解產品線架構,也大幅提升了空間的層次感與專業度。

零售空間設計|空間亮點

  • 系統化的模組展櫃: 採用簡潔明亮的層架系統,搭配頂部 LED 均勻洗牆光,讓每一件玩具都能展現最佳質感。展櫃中更無縫嵌入了多媒體螢幕,動態展示玩具的互動玩法,提升產品說服力。

  • 吸睛的中央洽談區: 空間中央鋪設了一道醒目的桃紅色地毯,猶如品牌的專屬伸展台。上方配置了長型極簡會議桌與現代感十足的單椅,為 B2B 商業洽談提供了一個開放、舒適且隨時能拿取周邊產品進行討論的絕佳場域。

  • 充滿細節的迎賓視覺: 入口的霧面玻璃門運用了半透明的玩具手繪草圖(火車、積木、動物)作為裝飾。這種設計既保持了展廳內部的隱私性,又在顧客推開門之前,就已悄悄喚醒了他們心中的童心與對品牌的期待。

ESG 永續設計理念:打造綠色且共融的商業展示空間

在本次 WinFun 展示廳的設計企劃中,我們不僅專注於視覺美學與商業機能,更將 ESG(環境、社會、企業管治) 永續理念深植於空間的每一個細節中,協助品牌展現對社會與環境的承諾:

  • 循環經濟與模組化設計: 為了減少傳統商業裝修帶來的建築垃圾,我們全面導入了模組化展示結構(Modular Display System),並搭配了可拆式牆身與展板系統。這種靈活的設計不僅方便展示櫃的重組與重用,更確保了未來品牌重塑(Rebranding)或換季時能夠循環使用,大幅減少頻繁拆裝所造成的浪費。

  • 低碳節能照明系統: 展廳內廣泛採用高效 LED 軌道燈。同時,我們進行了自然採光優化與眩光控制設計,透過低反射材料的運用,有效減少空間對人工照明的依賴,進一步降低整體能源消耗。

  • 共融無障礙與安全規範: 在動線規劃上,我們導入了 Universal Design 無障礙動線規劃,並參考了聯合國 SDGs 的共融原則,確保展廳走道寬敞平坦,讓不同能力人士皆可輕鬆、無礙地體驗產品。此外,全區皆採用安全材料與防火標準合規設計,嚴格遵循當地消防與安全法規,保障每一位參觀者與員工的健康安全。

  • 永續理念傳遞: 實體的展示空間也是品牌發聲的最佳媒介。我們在設計中預留了教育型展示內容的空間,協助 WinFun 能夠清晰呈現品牌在可持續供應鏈與綠色製造流程上的努力與成果。

一場設計|專營商業室內設計及店鋪工程

WinFun Toy Showroom Space Design

A Playful & Vibrant Experience

For an internationally recognized infant and toddler toy brand like WinFun, a showroom is much more than a storage room for products; it is the core hub for communicating brand value to global buyers and partners. In this project, we broke away from conventional, rigid showroom displays by integrating WinFun’s core "CPS Parenting System (Cognitive, Physical, Social)" concept into the spatial layout. The result is a modern showroom that perfectly balances vibrant, childlike wonder with high-level commercial professionalism.

Showroom Design: Design Concept

Stepping into the WinFun showroom, visitors are immediately greeted by energetic brand colors. We utilized pure white as the primary tone for the display cabinets, allowing the colorful toys to take center stage. At the same time, we cleverly applied high-saturation colors—such as magenta, sky blue, and vibrant green—as a spatial navigation system.

Once Design Studio clearly zoned the space according to developmental stages (Stage 1: 0m+ to Stage 4: 18m+), paired with bright overhead light boxes and graphic-rich informational panels. This not only allows visitors and buyers to understand the product line structure at a glance but also significantly elevates the space's visual depth and professional appeal.

Commercial Space Design: Key Design Highlights

  • Systematic Display Modules: We implemented a clean, bright shelving system equipped with even LED wash lighting at the top, ensuring every toy is showcased with the best possible texture and visibility. Multimedia screens are seamlessly integrated into the display units to dynamically demonstrate interactive play features, boosting product persuasiveness.

  • Central Hub for B2B Meetings: A striking magenta carpet runs down the center of the room, acting as the brand's exclusive runway. Situated above it is a minimalist, long meeting table paired with modern chairs. This provides an open, comfortable environment for B2B commercial negotiations where products can be easily grabbed from the shelves for hands-on discussion.

  • Playful Entrance Details: The frosted glass door at the entrance features semi-transparent, hand-drawn sketches of toys (trains, blocks, animals). This thoughtful detail maintains privacy within the showroom while quietly awakening the visitor's inner child and building anticipation for the brand before they even push the door open.

ESG Sustainable Design: Creating a Green and Inclusive Commercial Showroom

In the WinFun showroom project, we went beyond visual aesthetics and commercial functionality by deeply embedding ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) principles into every detail of the space. This approach helps the brand visually communicate its commitment to sustainability and corporate social responsibility:

  • Circular Economy & Modular Design: To minimize construction waste typically associated with commercial renovations, we implemented a comprehensive Modular Display System alongside demountable wall and panel systems. This highly flexible design not only facilitates the easy reconfiguration and reuse of display cabinets but also ensures that future rebranding or seasonal updates can be done sustainably, significantly reducing the waste caused by frequent dismantling.

  • Low-Carbon & Energy-Efficient Lighting: The showroom extensively utilizes high-efficiency LED track lighting. Concurrently, we incorporated natural daylight optimization and glare control design, utilizing low-reflection materials to effectively reduce the space's reliance on artificial lighting and lower overall energy consumption.

  • Universal Design & Safety Standards: For spatial circulation, we adopted Universal Design principles and referenced the United Nations SDGs for inclusivity. The barrier-free, spacious aisles ensure that visitors of all abilities can easily and comfortably experience the products. Furthermore, the entire area utilizes safe materials and fire-standard compliant designs, strictly adhering to local fire and safety regulations to protect the health and safety of every visitor and employee.

  • Sustainability Storytelling: A physical showroom is the perfect medium for a brand's voice. We dedicated specific areas for educational display content, providing WinFun with a clear platform to present its ongoing efforts and achievements in maintaining a sustainable supply chain and green manufacturing processes.

Once Design Studio | Commercial Interior Design and Store Construction

The design of the WinFun Toy Showroom is our successful case study in translating "brand language" into a tangible "spatial experience." Through precise color planning, smooth visitor circulation, and a comfortable meeting environment, we helped the brand establish a more powerful commercial presence. Here, every B2B meeting unfolds in an atmosphere full of inspiration and vitality. Apart from Nebu, we have been involved in projects like KLASSE14 Concept Store and TATCHA Lane Crawford, showcasing our expertise in commercial space planning.
